Amanda Mateta

I am a young human resources professional who is eager to learn and develop. I believe that every person has a great potential and I have found my calling to work in HR in order to help people release their potential and companies – have skilled and effective workers. Since people are the very core, HR department has the power to make or break a company. I have found my passion in Human Resources since this is the field where my strengths and interests meet and I am committed to preparing for career success in this field.
I also have developed different skills outside of my professional path. I possess strong event management and coordination skills – I have been involved in different event and camp organization and management for around 8 years. Participating in all stages– from creation until execution and having different roles– from creating ideas, coordinating events to leading icebreakers, giving speeches, presentations and translating.

This experience clearly shows that I am communicable person that possesses strong organizational and coordination skills, and can communicate with different range of people in different environments.
