In 2020, TotalEnergies implemented actions to shift the responsibility of managing career from a few "career managers" to each employees themselves. One of the actions is putting in place "Talent Developer". I was promoted to be a Cluster Talent Developer for 4 Asia Pacific countries back in 2020, and later another two middle east countries in 2022. My mission as a CTD is to work with different stakeholders across the region (APMO VP, affiliate HR, MD, managers etc) to support their career development.

1. Learning Management System (LMS):
- Recognized for the implementation and transformation of the global e-learning portal (target :
20 000 learners worldwide).
- Negotiated and collaborated with external partners.
- Planned, designed, and supervised the e-learning contents and homepage for the Group LMS.
- Influenced Business Units by advising learning solutions for BU HRs (from China, U.S., U.K. and Spain).
- Conducted an evaluation survey to influence and advance e-learning development in the Group.
- Managed the contract ( €100 000).

2. Leadership Development Programs:
- Realized leadership development programs of the Group by designing and collaborating with external consultants
(4 programs in a year, over 150 high potentials and top executives).
- Conducted and consolidated surveys about Group leadership. The results influenced the Group’s strategy on the
succession plan.

3. Other missions: Succession plan, Integration Program, HR seminars.

1. Succession Plan:
- Built and completed the Group interview form for the succession plan.
- Researched and constructed the Group leadership model.

2. Diversity Project (Corporate Social Responsibility):
- Launched, managed and promoted the internal diversity communication website (members: 250 HR and high
potentials and executives).
- Carried on surveys and interviews to assess diversity practices in 12 foreign subsidiaries (e.g. SUEZ China, Macao
Water), analyzed the legal specificities in the various locations, and identified best practices.

3. HR Convention ( 100 HR Directors):
- Designed workshops with consultants to obtain participants’ visions on HR strategy, for example internal mobility.
