• Assessment of the client’s needs : context & strategic goals of the recruitment project, business environment, expected deadlines, support in the job description definition.

• Project Management : defining the scope of methods and practices to best fulfill the client’s needs, then candidates sourcing on on- and offline databases, job boards and professional social networks or through direct approach method, pre-selection phone interviews then face-to-face interviews, writing candidates overviews to the clients.

• Monitoring during the project : intermediary role: giving regular feedbacks to the different project stakeholders, explaining the encountered difficulties to the clients and redefining the job specifications if necessary, writing reporting analysis, supporting the client in the final selection process.

• Post-Project Quality Assessment : intermediary role: giving regular feedbacks between the different project stakeholders, monitoring of the hired candidates throughout their integration.
