-Supporting the Asia-Pacific countries in the conduct and construct of ACR (Annual Compensation Review)
-Coordinating processes between APAC countries and the Headquarter in Paris
-Producing key statistical analysis to assist both HRBPs and regional Business Partners in their compensation decision making processes
-Partner with HR team to provide compensation consulting and supporting them closely during the ACR process and throughout the compensation proposal phase
-Collaborating with HR Shared Service Center in India (offshoring processes)
-Performing data checks on the Compensation Local System
-Performing C&B data analysis and reporting compilation for all regional entities
-Providing Salary Mass Evolution each quarter and work closely with each HRBPs in order to build a whole picture with the story behind the numbers
-Coordinating and following the LTI process between the region and the Headquarter in Paris from the granting to the vesting date
