Supporting the HR Business Partners for France and South Africa, I am involved in the preparation and conduct of HR processes related to performance such as:
• The setting of objectives and performance review
• The salary review and bonus allocation
• Promotions

Also participated in processes related to professional development and Talent Management including:
• People review
• The organization of career interviews.
• Involvement in several People Development Programs.
• Creation (in close collaboration with the Research department of CGG) of a global training path for all the Research population. I was responsible for understanding and quantifying employee needs, creating a competencies map and then designing the optimal training paths to achieve the required competencies for each position.

Other tasks included:
• Recruitment of trainees, and geophysicists in collaboration with the team of France.
• Dealing with matters concerning expatriation and related to international mobility.
• The preparation of presentations on HR matters specifically concerning the Business Line in France.
• the creation of HR KPIs to improve the performance of the team.
• Creation of Excel tools to simplify processes.
